Privacy Policy

We process your personal information in order to operate and provide the services that we offer our customers. These purposes include:

  • Purchase and delivery of products and services. We use your personal information to take and handle orders, deliver products and services, process payments, and communicate with you about orders, products and services, and promotional offers.

We do not track or sell your data, and only pass information onto third parties for the above purposes, such as payment processing and to shipping providers in order to process your orders.

Site Security

We use WooCommerce cart and Stripe to process payments and card details are encrypted for security. Our site also has SSL, a security certificate.

We hope you are happy with your product, but if you change your mind, our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days from delivery date. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund.

Exceptions are Digital Products – by purchasing downloadable products, customers are agreeing to an instant download and acknowledge they will lose their 14 day right to cancel upon download and no refunds will be applicable.

To be eligible for a return of a physical product, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Books that show signs of use will not be refunded. (Pages that have been read do not sit as flat as a new book.)

How to Return

Please contact us in the first instance with your name, address and order number and we will give you a returns number and tell you where to send your item.

Please note: you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item and you may wish to consider a tracking service to ensure safe arrival. We cannot be held responsible for items lost in the post. The original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged Items

If your order is damaged, please notify us within 3 days of receipt to ask@elenijohnson.com with a photo of the damaged item. Once confirmed, we will offer a replacement or refund. If we request that you return the damaged item, we will refund your shipping costs as per our returns procedure, which we will notify you about.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it and we will advise you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund within 14 days of us processing it, please contact your bank or credit card company, in the first instance. There is often some processing time before a refund is showing in your account, but they can often see it pending on their systems.

If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us with your order number and we will look in it for you.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Delivery Delays

We will do our utmost to process and ship orders in a timely manner, but cannot be held responsible for shipping delays due to circumstances beyond our control and with third parties, although we will do our best to rectify the situation. An item will not be deemed lost in the post until after 10 working days from the date of dispatch.
