How to Cope Alone at Christmas

Often, it is the thought of being alone at Christmas that is worse than the actual event. We build up the anticipation and fear in our minds, but with some careful planning, it doesn’t have to be as bad as we imagine. We can still connect to our lost loved one, but in a different way. Pre-planning your day can alleviate that fear and give you purpose and it’s not set in stone, but it will help you navigate the day, so that it’s over before you know it.
